Dr. Mike Rosco
Founder and CEO of ReGenovateMD
A Southern California native with a background in business, Mike began his career in B2B sales focused on ethical leadership and the vital role company culture plays in sustaining organic growth. subsequently, he pivoting to medicine. While completing pre-med studies, he conducted research on Huntington’s Disease at UCLA Neurology—deeply inspired by his patients’ resilience in the face of such a devastating illness. By night, he tended bar in LA, including a surreal shift at Elton John’s Oscar party—accepting absurd tips with grace and funneling every dollar toward those infamous organic chemistry classes.
He earned his MD in Albany, NY, where he was elected class president all four years and inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society. He went on to complete his internship at Stony Brook, where he was named Intern Teacher of the Year, and his ophthalmology residency at CPMC in San Francisco, culminating his training as chief resident in his final months.
After residency, Mike served as Regional Medical Director for Harrow, a rising force in ophthalmic pharmaceuticals, where he collaborated with key opinion leaders and spoke nationally on innovations in drug delivery and the growing promise of biomarkers in shaping how we diagnose and treat conditions from dry eye disease to rosacea.
Mike now lives in Palm Springs with his husband and two cats who are, behaviorally speaking, dogs in disguise. When not at the clinic, you’ll find him lifting weights, SCUBA diving, or playing pickleball in the kind of heat that makes car door handles feel like branding irons. He also maintains—without irony—that his competitive video gaming habit is a form of cognitive cross-training and procedural precision that gives him a meticulous ability to keep his dexterity freshs and buoytant.
While Mike has always loved patient care, he’s even more passionate about building something bigger. That vision led to the creation of ReGenovateMD, where he partnered with Dr. Harlan South, his own trusted longevity doctor from San Francisco—someone who helped him see that medicine can be delivered with the intention, next-generation innovation, and depth of care that patients truly deserve.
